Striving for new paths or prefer roads well trodden? Let’s make an egg loaf and see that the choice is not always in our hands!
As I currently have some time, I was searching on the internet a few days ago. Trying to find fresh, exciting tips, inspiring dishes that I’ve never used before, to treat my loved ones with. Searching for a long time but could not discover lots of interesting things. Just before I thought to give up on it, I ran across this delicious and easy treat simply by accident over Suncakemom. It looked so tempting
on its snapshot, that required immediate actions.
It was not difficult to imagine the way it’s made, its taste and how much my hubby is going to like it. Actually, it is very simple to keep happy the man when it comes to puddings. Yes, I am a lucky one. Or possibly he is.Anyway, I got into the website and simply used the precise instuctions that have been accompanied by wonderful images of the operation. It really makes life much easier. I can imagine that it is a bit of a effort to take photographs in the midst of baking in the kitchen as you ordinarily have gross hands thus i seriously appreciate the effort and time she placed in for making this blogpost and recipe conveniently followed.
With that said I am inspired presenting my personal formulas in a similar fashion. Many thanks for the thought.
I was fine tuning the original formula to make it for the taste of my family. I have to mention that it was a terrific outcome. They enjoyed the flavor, the consistency and loved getting a delicacy like this during a stressful workweek. They basically demanded more, many more. Thus the next occasion I am not going to commit the same mistake. I am gonna double the volume .
This Egg Loaf was first appeared on suncakemom.
Whisk the eggs until light yellow then add cream cheese, butter, baking powder, flour. If any optional ingredient is used add it now too.
Mix all the ingredients together until we get a uniform textured batter. Pour the batter into a loaf pan. Don’t let it sit much because the cream cheese has a tendency to settle on the bottom!
Place it immediately onto the bottom shelf of a 360°F / 180°C preheated oven until the top gets a golden brown color for about 30 – 40 minutes.
