Cauliflower Mash Recipe

Can mash potato adapt to the requirements of the new world or is it doomed to perish? Make this cauliflower mash to find it out!

As I most recently have a little time, I had been browsing on the web the other day. Looking to find new, interesting tips, inspirational dishes that I’ve never tried before, to delight my loved ones with. Hunting for quite some time unfortunately could not find any interesting things. Right before I thought to give up on it, I ran across this tempting and easy dessert simply by chance. It seemed so scrumptious on its snapshot, it required urgent actions.

It had been simple enough to imagine how it’s created, how it tastes and how much my hubby is going to love it. Actually, it is extremely simple to delight the man when it comes to puddings. Yes, I’m a lucky one. Or maybe he is.Anyways, I went to the site: Suncakemom and followed the step by step instuctions that have been accompanied by great pics of the procedure. It really makes life faster and easier. I can imagine that it’s a slight inconvenience to take snap shots in the midst of baking in the kitchen as you will often have gross hands so I genuinely appreciate the hard work she put in to build this blogpost and recipe conveniently implemented.

Having said that I am encouraged to present my personal recipes similarly. Thanks for the idea.

I had been tweaking the original mixture create it for the taste of my loved ones. I have to tell you it was an incredible success. They enjoyed the taste, the thickness and enjoyed getting a delicacy such as this during a hectic week. They basically requested more, a lot more. So the next time I’m not going to commit the same mistake. I am gonna twin the amount to keep them pleased.

Thanks to Suncakemom for the delish Cauliflower Mash.

Take apart the cauliflower into florets.

Steam cauliflower for 10 minutes or until soft. For a bit of fun stir -fry them on butter in a pan until golden brown spots appear here and there. Although searing the cauliflower will ruin the perfect whiteness of the mash but it provides additional flavor.

Mash the cauliflower a bit then add the rest of the ingredients.

Finish mashing it to desired texture.
