As I most recently have a little time, I had been surfing on the internet yesterday. Looking for new, exciting thoughts, inspirational recipes that We have never tested before, to surprise my loved ones with. Looking for quite some time unfortunately couldn’t find too many interesting stuff. Just before I thought to give up on it, I came upon this delightful and simple treat simply by chance. It seemed so tempting
on its photos, that required immediate action.
It had been simple enough to imagine the way it is made, its taste and how much my husband will probably enjoy it. Actually, it is rather simple to impress him when it comes to treats. Yes, I’m a lucky one. Or perhaps he is.Anyways, I got into the website: Suncakemom and then followed the step-by-step instuctions that were coupled with superb snap shots of the process. It really makes life less difficult. I was tweaking the main formula create it for the taste of my family. Need to say it was a great success. They loved the flavour, the thickness and loved having a treat like this during a stressful workweek. They basically asked for lots more, many more. So the next occasion I’m not going to make the same mistake. I’m gonna double the quantity .

Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
Separate eggs and put whites into a medium size mixing bowl and put yolk aside in a cup.
Beat butter with salt until getting a smooth, creamy texture.
Pour almond flour and baking powder with the butter and mix them well.
Put egg yolks with it and keep mixing.
Beat egg whites until hard peaks form.
Fold egg whites in with the batter.
Pour mixture into a mold.
Put it in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes to bake depending on the oven or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Take it out and put almond bread onto a cooling rack to cool down.
