Missing the taste of holiday or just looking for a quick carbs refill? Crepes are as irresistible easy to make as satisfying to have!
As I lately have some time, I had been surfing on the internet yesterday. Looking to find new, intriguing thoughts, inspirational meals that I have never tried before, to surprise my family with. Looking for quite some time unfortunately could not find lots of interesting things. Right before I thought to give up on it, I came across this yummy and simple dessert by chance. It looked so scrumptious on its snapshot, that called for instant action.
It absolutely was simple enough to imagine just how it is made, how it tastes and how much my husband will probably enjoy it. Actually, it is rather easy to delight the man in terms of puddings. Anyway, I got into the page: Suncakemom and then used the precise instuctions which were accompanied by superb graphics of the procedure. It just makes life rather easy. I could suppose it is a bit of a hassle to shoot pics in the midst of cooking in the kitchen as you may ordinarily have sticky hands thus i really appreciate the commitment she placed in to build this blogpost .
With that in mind I am empowered to present my own formulas in a similar fashion. Thanks for the concept.
I had been tweaking the main mixture create it for the taste of my family. I can say it had been an incredible outcome. They prized the taste, the overall look and enjoyed getting a delicacy like this during a hectic workweek. They ultimately requested even more, many more. So the next time I am not going to make the same mistake. I am gonna multiply the amount to keep them happy.

Type 1 – Basic
Put the ingredients into a bowl and mix them together evenly.
Keep mixing until we get a smooth runny thin mixture.
Type 2 – Advanced
Put the ingredients into a bowl except the butter as that is only needed for frying the crepe.
Start mixing ingredients together. Then slowly pour soda water in, too. Keep mixing until we get a smooth runny thin mixture
Heat medium size frying-pan on high heat and add a bit of butter then run it around evenly.
Common steps
Heat medium size frying-pan on high heat.
Pour some batter into the tilted pan.
Then tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. Add some extra batter if necessary.
Cook for about 1 to 2.5 minutes depends on the quality of the heat we have then loosen and flip it over to the other side.
Cook the other side for another minute then the crepe is ready to be filled with anything edible we can imagine. Some roll it others fold it but it’s only a matter of preference.
