How to make parmesan crisps

Does national identity influence food or it is the other way around? Let’s discover the non-existent history and obscure heritage of the Parmesan chips.

As I currently have some time, I had been looking on the internet last week. Looking to find new, intriguing ideas, inspirational dishes that I’ve never tasted before, to surprise my family with. Hunting for quite some time but could not come across any interesting things. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I ran across this delightful and easy dessert simply by chance on Suncakemom. It looked so tempting

on its image, that called for instant action.

It was not so difficult to imagine how it’s made, how it tastes and just how much my husband might like it. Mind you, it is very simple to keep happy the guy in terms of desserts. Yes, I am a blessed one. Or maybe he is.Anyways, I visited the website and used the precise instuctions that have been accompanied by superb pics of the process. It just makes life quite easy. I could imagine that it’s a slight inconvenience to shoot photos in the middle of cooking in the kitchen because you ordinarily have sticky hands and so i pretty appreciate the effort and time she put in to build this blogpost and recipe easily implemented.

That being said I am inspired presenting my own, personal recipe in a similar fashion. Thanks for the idea.

I had been fine tuning the main recipe create it for the taste of my family. I can tell you it turned out an awesome success. They enjoyed the taste, the consistency and loved having a treat such as this in the middle of a lively workweek. They ultimately asked for even more, many more. Hence next time I’m not going to make the same miscalculation. I am gonna double the amount to keep them happy.

Grate the cheese.

Place parchment paper on a baking tray.

Portion the cheese out.

Sprinkle optional herbs and spices on top according to taste.

Put them into a 400°F / 200°C oven until they melt completely for about 10 -15 minutes. Some like to wait until golden brown spots start to appear on them.
