As I recently have some time, I had been surfing on the web yesterday. Looking for fresh, stirring thoughts, inspirational meals that I’ve never tested before, to treat my loved ones with. Searching for quite some time but could not find too many interesting stuff. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I stumbled on this delicious and simple treat by chance. The dessert seemed so scrumptious on its snapshot, that required rapid actions.
It absolutely was simple enough to imagine how it is made, how it tastes and just how much my hubby might love it. Mind you, it is extremely simple to delight him when it comes to cakes. Anyhow, I got into the blog: Suncakemom and then used the detailed instuctions that had been accompanied by great images of the task. It really makes life quite easy. I could imagine that it is a bit of a inconvenience to shoot pics in the midst of baking in the kitchen because you will often have gross hands so that i genuinely appreciate the time and energy she devote to build this post and recipe easily followed.
With that in mind I’m empowered to present my very own recipe similarly. Many thanks the concept.
I was fine tuning the initial formula to make it for the taste of my family. I’ve got to mention it absolutely was an incredible success. They prized the taste, the consistency and enjoyed getting a sweet like this in the midst of a hectic week. They ultimately wanted more, many more. Hence next time I am not going to make the same miscalculation. I’m going to multiply the quantity .
This recipe was inspired by yogurt pafait recipe recipe from SunCakeMom
Put the nuts of your choice into a food processor and chop it to desired sized chunks. Mind not to overdo it as that would result in some rough nut flour that not necessarily our goal here.
Mix sweetener of choice and vanilla extract with the chopped nuts for a bit more of excitement in flavor. It’s an optional step that can be completely left out.
Roast the chunks of nuts in a frying pan on medium heat while stirring occasionally until the whole batch gets a throughout golden brown color.
Take it off the heat and let it cool down. Optionally, make a bigger batch in the oven essentially creating keto granola.
Make the layers with yogurt, berries of choice and the roasted nuts.
