Are better things out there than the simple pleasures of life? Dip chocolate shortbread cookies into chocolate and let’s see!
As I most recently have a little time, I was looking on the internet a few days ago. Trying to get new, interesting ideas, inspirational meals that I have never used before, to impress my family with. Looking for a while but couldn’t come across lots of interesting things. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I came upon this delightful and easy dessert simply by luck on Suncakemom. The dessert seemed so yummy on its snapshot, it called for fast action.
It had been not so difficult to imagine just how it is made, how it tastes and just how much my hubby is going to want it. Actually, it is extremely simple to impress him when it comes to cakes. Anyway, I went to the webpage and simply used the detailed instuctions that had been accompanied by nice snap shots of the method. It really makes life faster and easier. I could suppose it’s a slight inconvenience to shoot photos in the middle of baking in the kitchen because you normally have sticky hands therefore i sincerely appreciate the effort and time she put in to build this post .
With that in mind I am empowered presenting my very own dishes in the same way. Many thanks the concept.
I had been tweaking the original mixture create it for the taste of my loved ones. I have to tell you it was a great success. They prized the flavor, the overall look and loved getting a sweet like this in the midst of a busy week. They ultimately requested lots more, more and more. So the next occasion I’m not going to make the same mistake. I am going to multiply the amount .

Put all cookie ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl then work it together by hand until getting an even dough.
Take dough out of the bowl onto a lightly floured surface and roll it flat. Flouring underneath the dough is important as this coating will prevent it to stick down.
Cut out the shapes with a round cookie cutter and place them on the tray.
Put cookies into the 350°F / 180°C preheated oven for 10-15 minutes to bake.
Take them out and let them cool down before filling them with the jam.
Stick two together with a teaspoon of jam.
Melt chocolate with the butter.
Dip the cookies or spread the chocolate on top.
Leave them cool down for a couple of hours before serving it.
