Mint tea recipe

Looking for something healthy to drink or just missing the taste of summer from the glass? Make a tasty mint tea that is good for any time!

As I most recently have some time, I had been looking on the web a few days ago. Trying to find new, stirring tips, inspiring dishes that I have never tasted before, to amaze my loved ones with. Hunting for a while unfortunately could not come across any interesting stuff. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I found this delightful and simple treat by luck on Suncakemom. It seemed so mouth-watering on its photo, that called for immediate actions.

It had been easy to imagine how it is made, its taste and how much my hubby is going to love it. Mind you, it is quite easy to keep happy the guy in terms of cakes. Anyhow, I went to the site and then used the step-by-step instuctions that were coupled with superb pics of the operation. It just makes life quite easy. I could imagine that it’s a slight effort to take pics in the midst of baking in the kitchen as you will often have sticky hands thus i pretty appreciate the time and energy she placed in to make this post and recipe easily implemented.

With that in mind I’m encouraged presenting my own, personal recipes in a similar way. Many thanks for the concept.

I had been tweaking the main formula create it for the taste of my loved ones. I must mention that it was an awesome outcome. They enjoyed the flavour, the consistency and loved having a treat such as this during a hectic workweek. They ultimately wanted more, more and more. Thus next time I am not going to make the same mistake. I’m gonna multiply the volume .

The origanal Mint tea is from SunCakeMom

Wash the mint then pick a stem with enough leaves for the batch we are preparing. 15 leaves is more than enough for 2 cups of water.

Place the mint leaves into a jug or just put them straight into the cups.

Pour hot water on them and let it sit for about 2-3 minutes. We can leave them there longer for a mintier flavor.

Add optional sweetener and lemon or lemon juice. We can also ice it and enjoy our very best iced mint tea.
