Although few of us are Italian, giving up pizza when going on a low carb diet is like shattering our soul. Luckily though, in low carb pizza there is hope!
As I recently have a little time, I had been searching on the web yesterday. On the lookout for fresh, exciting tips, inspirational meals that I’ve never tasted before, to delight my family with. Searching for a while unfortunately could not find lots of interesting things. Right before I thought to give up on it, I discovered this scrumptious and easy dessert by chance over Suncakemom. It looked so fabulous on its snapshot, that called for prompt action.
It absolutely was easy to imagine the way it’s made, how it tastes and how much boyfriend is going to enjoy it. Mind you, it is very simple to delight the guy when it comes to puddings. Anyways, I went to the webpage and then followed the step by step instuctions that had been combined with great photos of the procedure. It just makes life quite easy. I could imagine that it’s a slight hassle to take snap shots in the midst of baking in the kitchen as you may usually have sticky hands so that i really appreciate the time and effort she devote to build this blogpost .
With that in mind I’m empowered presenting my own recipes similarly. Thanks for the idea.
I was tweaking the original recipe to make it for the taste of my family. Need to say it had been an incredible outcome. They loved the flavor, the overall look and loved getting a delicacy like this in the midst of a stressful week. They ultimately asked for more, more and more. Thus next time I am not going to make the same mistake. I am gonna double the quantity to keep them happy.
This post is based on low carb pizza crust from SunCakeMom
Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C.
Measure the mozzarella and the cream cheese into a bowl.
Put them into the microwave until they melt together for about 90 seconds on maximum power. Halfway through take the bowl out and stir them around a bit.(In case of missing microwave warm them over hot water, similarly to chocolate)
While the Cheese melts beat up the eggs quickly.
Mix in the Coconut flour.
Mix the melted cheese in, too. This is going to be a bit tough. As the cheese cools off, it’s going to be even harder. Luckily, we can put the whole thing back to the microwave for a couple of seconds to reheat it if necessary.
Mix until our dough becomes even consistency.
Cut out a pizza size circle shape from parchment paper and put the dough in the middle of the parchment paper.
Place another parchment paper on top. This doesn’t need to be circle shaped.
Spread out the dough to the size of the circle shaped parchment paper.
Take the top parchment paper off.
Correct any mistakes on our future crust.
Place the low-carb pizza dough into a 350°F / 180°C preheated oven for 15 – 25 minutes.
